A routine you work out with a family is only worth what happens the next morning at home. Flowly is where that routine lives between appointments: the child taps through it, the parent logs when they had to help, and you can be given access to exactly the children you agreed on.

What works today
Access to the children you agreed on
A parent invites you from their Family screen and gives you the caregiver role: you can run routines with the children they picked, and you see no history and no analytics. They can take it back in one tap, and they see that you have it.
A routine you can hand over on paper
Every routine prints as a sheet with its steps, its pictures and a box to tick, so a family that is not on a screen yet can start with the same order of steps you agreed in the room.
Numbers that are counted, not guessed
Finished routines, starts without a nudge and the reminders a parent logged themselves. Nothing is inferred, nothing is scored, and a week with no data says so instead of filling itself in.
Nothing clinical, on purpose
Flowly asks for a first name, an icon and a colour. It never asks for a diagnosis, it does not assess or treat anything, and nothing it shows is a clinical opinion. Parents can export or delete everything themselves.
What is not built yet
A practitioner account of your own, with several families side by side, is not built. Sharing a routine straight from your account into a family is not built either: today it is the parent who invites you. Both are on the list, and this page will say so plainly until they exist rather than selling them early.
